Walk-in

We are pleased to offer walk-in services Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (noon); the walk-in closes once capacity is reached. Please note that only one concern may be addressed during each walk-in visit.

New Patients

Our family physicians are not accepting patients and we are no longer able to accept patients for our waitlist. If you need medical care, you may visit our walk-in clinic.

Endocrinology Appointments

Endocrinologists consult on care of patients with metabolic disorders including diabetes, blood pressure, blood lipids, thyroid, parathyroid, bone, pituitary, and adrenal disorders.

Please note that an appointment with an Endocrinologist at our clinic may only be booked once another physician involved in the patient’s care refers the patient for a consultation. This physician can fax a referral letter and relevant test results to 204-410-5166. We understand that some patients in need of care do not currently have a physician. These patients can all the clinic at 204-410-5200 to book a visit with a walk-in physician or available family physician for an assessment and test referrals.

Medeo Instructions

Medeo is a communication tool that allows patients book their appointments online, receive appointment reminders electronically, and allows the clinic to conduct secure electronic messaging with patients. Medigroup Cardio+

Medigroup Cardio+ is a cardiometabolic clinic located within the Medigroup Health Centre offering proactive cardiac optimization and care for you and your family. Services include Electrocardiogram (EKG), Ankle-Brachial Index Test (ABI), 24-hour Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM), Screening Cardiac Ultrasounds (bedside Echocardiogram), Graded Exercise Test (Stress Test), Spirometry test, and Holter testing (24-hour, 48-hour, and 7-day). Onsite Dietitian

Medigroup Health Centre features an onsite dietitian, Jillian Pallmark, to assist patients with weight and diabetes management. Jillian is a Certified Diabetes Educator and a Certified Bariatric Educator. She conducts individual patient consultations and also provides group seminars on weight management called Craving Change.
