Walk-in Clinic

We are pleased to offer walk-in clinic services. Eaton Place Medical Centre walk-in clinic is located on the main floor of Cityplace mall downtown Winnipeg. Walk-in doctors are available Monday to Saturday. Virtual or phone appointments are also available. Visit the walk-in clinic for quick health care Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Note that the walk-in closes once capacity is reached.

Please be advised that being added to the waitlist does not guarantee that you will have a family physician, it allows you to have a Meet & Greet appointment with a physician who will determine if they are a good fit for your care.

Virtual Visits

Virtual appointments can be booked and conducted over the phone whenever possible. Contact us at 204-942-0933 to book a phone appointment with a physician. Phone and virtual appointments are open to everyone, not only to our regular patients.

There is an increased security risk that your health information may be intercepted when using video or audio communications tools. To help us keep your information safe and secure, you can:

• Understand that video, emails, calls, or texts you may receive are not secure in the same way as a private appointment in an exam room.
• Use a private computer/device (not an employer’s or third party’s computer/device), secure accounts, and a secure internet connection. For example, using a personal and encrypted email account is more secure than an unencrypted email account, and your access to the Internet on your home network will generally be more secure than an open guest wifi connection.

By providing your information, you agree to let us collect, use, or disclose your personal health information through video or audio communications, while following applicable privacy laws, in order to provide you with care.
